The FRNSW Track and Field Athletics Club is for all FRNSW personnel (Permanent, Retained, Trade and Admin) of all Athletic ability.
The Athletics Club is the focal hub for anybody wishing to compete in Athletics at 3 main events, that being the NSW Police Games, the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games, and finally the World Police and Fire Games.
Question: I’m interested in the FRNSW Athletics Club, what do I do?
Answers: Fantastic.
Firstly, you would individually enter any of the mentioned Games when their entry window opens (NSW Police Games, the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games, and finally the World Police and Fire Games).
Next, you would contact the FRNSW Sports Association via the website fireandrescuenswsports.com.au to let them know you have registered for a Games. This way they will be aware that you will be participating so you can receive FRNSW Sports Association merchandise for that particular Games.
Finally, you would contact the FRNSW Athletics Club President Stuart Sutton so Athletics specific uniform can be organised. This will also aid in knowing who the Athletics team members are for each Games, and to build the team camaraderie and help with logistics.
Stuart Sutton can be contacted via stuart.sutton@fire.nsw.gov.au.
