Fire + Rescue Swimming Club

FRNSW swimming club has been an integral part of the Sports Association since its inception. Whilst not a formal club through the Association it actively promotes participation in the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games, World Police and Fire Games. Traditionally NSW and Australian swimmers have dominated in these events and have established some great relationships with New York Fire Firefighters and the team from Dublin and other firefighters and emergency service worldwide. Sports Association members also have extensive links with the NSW Police Swimming Club with discussions about combining with them being currently undertaken.

Swimmers also participate in Open water events throughout NSW, either as teams or individuals.
